摘要
分析了铬铁矿资源情况及当前电炉冶炼铬铁合金所面临的主要问题 (块矿减少、廉价的粉矿比例增加 )。但是过多的粉矿入炉将恶化电炉的技术经济指标 ,采用造块工艺处理铬铁矿粉被认为是解决这一问题的根本途径。本文列举了铬铁矿粉造块的常用方法 ,并分析了各种方法的优缺点 ,指出烧结法是有效利用铬铁矿粉、降低铬铁合金生产成本的有效措施之一。
It is analyzed that the resource of chromite and the main problem of smelting ferrochromium by electric furnace(reducing of lump ore and increasing of fine ore) However techno economical results of electric furnace are worsen with addition of fine chromite Technology of fine chromite agglomeration is thought as an important solution Therefore, Some main methods of chromite agglomeration are described and their advantages and disadvantages are also analyzed Then it is pointed out that sintering is one of effective measures to use fine chromite and reduce working cost of ferrochromium
