摘要
曲轴在加工过程中容易出现变形 ,曲轴滚压校直技术在校直曲轴的同时 ,能够改进曲轴的性能 ,降低成本。本文通过BP神经网络建立了一个曲轴滚压校直专家系统 ,以解决曲轴滚压校直过程中校直力的求解。
Distortion is easy to be produced in the process of machining crankshaft. The performance can be improved and the cost can be decreased if the technique of crankshaft rolling and aligning is used to align crankshaft. In the paper the expert system of crankshaft rolling and aligning was established to solve the alignment power.
