由于大功率半导体抽运固体激光器在民用和军事等方面显示了越来越重要的地位,大功率半导体激光光纤耦合技术作为其关键技术,日益受到人们广泛关注。对各种大功率半导体激光器光纤耦合技术进行了简介和比较,并对国内外同类产品进行了概述与展望。
The high power diode-pumped solid-state laser is playing a more and more important role in many applications of civil and military fields, and the technology of high-power fiber coupling LD, which serves as its key technique, gets an extensive concern from people. Various kinds of high-power fiber coupling LD technologies are introduced and compared, and the future development products are given.
