摘要
使用ABS和CPE作为氯化聚氯乙烯材料的改性体系,制备了三元共混材料。实验结果表明,CPVC/ABS/EVA的质量比为100/50/10时,材料的耐热温度(维卡软化点)为108℃,拉伸强度达59MPa,缺口冲击强度14.5kJ,有良好的挤出成型加工性能。
A ternary polymer blend was prepared with ABS and EVA as modifiers for chlorinated polyvinyl chloride. Testing results showed that when quality ratio of CPVCABSEVA was at 1006020, VIKA softening point of the blend was 108℃, tensile strength 59Mpa, notch impact resistance 14.5 kJ. And its ex trusion processabilty was good.
