摘要
在分析了国内外镀锡板合金层的形貌、结构以及基板的结晶取向后发现,镀锡基板的结晶取向强烈地影响着镀锡并软熔后所得到的锡铁合金层的形貌以及耐蚀性。基板中铁晶面的结晶取向在其后形成的锡铁合金层中得到了一定程度上的延续,铁的(110)晶面择优性越强,所得到的合金层的柱状结晶相应的越粗,同时合金层的耐蚀性越好。而(200)和(211)面的择优性越强,所得到的合金层的耐蚀性越差。实验结果表明,要提高镀锡板的耐蚀性就必须控制镀锡基板的表面质量,特别是有必要调整基板中铁晶面的择优取向。
After analyzing the morphology, the structure of Sn-Fe alloy coat of tinplate
and the crystal orientation of base plate, it was found that the morphology and the corrosion resistance of alloy coat after tinning and reflowing were affected strongly by the crystal orientation of base plate which was inherited to a certain degree in the following formation process of Sn-Fe alloy coat. The stronger the preferential crystal growth on Fe (110) face was, the bigger the columnar grains in the obtained alloy coat were, meanwhile the corrosion resistance of tinplate was also better. While the stronger the preferences on Fe (200) and (211) faces were, the poorer the corrosion resistance was. Experimental results showed that the surface quality of base plate must be controlled, especially, the adjusting of the preferential Fe grains growth in base plate, to improve the corrosion resistance of tinplate.
