摘要
本文首先介绍了作者以前总结出的一套较为完整的磁流体真空转轴动密封结构设计的计算方法,然后针对几种常见的具体工况,提出密封结构最优化设计的目标,其中包括:最佳密封总体结构型式的选择;极齿设置在极靴上和设置在转轴上两种不同结构的比较;密封间隙的最优化取值;耐压值最大的结构优化计算和二轴向长度最短的结构优化计算。以上优化设计结果都可直接用于磁流体真空转轴动密封的具体工程设计之中。
In this paper, a group of calculating methods of ferrofluid vacuum shape seals in structure design are introduced. In several practical cases , the optimal design of seal configuration are given, which include the choice of various forms of seal structures , the comparison of the seal configuration of teeth on pole blocks with that of teeth on the shaft, the determination of the optimal seal gap value, the optimization of the configuration parameters for the greatest differential pressure capacity and the shortest axis length. All these optimal calculating results can directly be used in the practical design of ferrofluid vacuum shaft seals.
