摘要
西部地区的生态、经济现状决定了林业可持续发展在西部社会经济发展中有着极其重要的地位。林业人力资源的开发与管理是林业可持续发展研究的中心问题之一。目前对企事业单位人力资源的系统研究比较普遍 ,而对林业人力资源的研究还比较缺乏。该文从林业可持续发展与林业人力资本潜能的相互关系出发 ,分析了林业人力资本在西部地区林业可持续发展中的重要作用 ,并对开发、提升西部地区林业人力资本潜能的主要途径作了一些探讨 ,提出了一些建议。
The ecological and economic condition in Western China determines the importance of forestry sustainable development in the social and economic development in the West. One of the key issues in sustainable development is the exploitation and management of forestry human resources,which has been little studied in comparison with the research of human capital in corporations and institutions. Starting with the relationship between forestry human capital potential and sustainable development,the paper analyses the role forestry human capital plays in Western forestry sustainable development,and studies the ways to exploit and improve the quantity and quality of human capital in the West.
