摘要
利用溅射镀膜技术可在织物上沉积介质/金属膜层。控制沉积参数可以改变该织物的光学性能。带有介质/金属的织物有较好的隔热性能,提高了原织物的抗拉伸强度、耐磨性能及抗静电能力,而且耐热性能也有了较大的改善。这种带有涂层的织物有着广阔的应用前景。
Metal and dielectric thin films were deposited onto the surface of textiles with magnetron sputtering technique. Dielectric/metal films coated with various optical properties were obtained using different sputtering deposition parameters. Transmittances and reflectances in the wavelength range of 0.35~2.5μm were measured by spectrophotometers. The dielectric/metal/textiles produced have good wear resistance and their elongation are higher than the original textiles.
Dielectric/metal/textile is one of the ideal materials for making curtains and clothes, etc.
