摘要
家兔急性窒息或急性实验性高血压窒息早期和中期,动脉血压一般会明显升高和呼吸频率增快。BonkoB的实验发现107例支气管哮喘病人中有57例(53%)血压升高,有25例收缩压在185~200mmHg之间,22例舒张压升高,48例随呼吸困难缓解而血压下降并接近正常。对哮喘伴高血压病人的治疗,Ziment认为药物治疗的危险性倍增,应尽力采用预防和非药物疗法。耳针有较好的降压作用,且安全方便。本文通过电针窒息家兔和高血压病人耳尖穴,分别观察对动脉血压、膈神经放电频率和呼吸频率的影响。
This paper reports the study of the effect of ear electroacupunclurc(EA) inserted in the 'Er Jian' point on arterial pressure and integrated phrenic nerve discharge(IPND), The result showed that the arterial pressure was decreased and frequency of IPND was increased. The differences as follows. During spontaneous breathing, the blood pressure and IPND were-36.56± 26.63mmHg and, 2.42±1.42 spikes/10S (P<0.001); in excitatory period, -24.31 ±6.01mmHg and, 2.16±1.12spikes/10S (P<0.01) and in inhibitory period, -18.26±7.04mmHg (P<0.01) and, 2.07±1.07 spikes/10S (P<0.05). The lasting time was 26min, 330S and 280S. We observed 20 cases with hypertension by ear electroacupuncture. The systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of hypertension patients were decreased (P<0.001) and respiratory rate increased (P<0.05).
