摘要
商业网点建设事实上处于一种无序失控状态,造成了大量低水平重复建设和资源的严重浪费。国内外经济发达的城市,对商业网点的建设一直进行调控,以确保有序、健康发展。入世过渡期结束后,面对多元化的投资主体,必须采取有效措施,对商业网点建设进行有效调控。
The Construction of Commercial network is actually out of control now, which results in plenty of low -level repeated construction and considerable waste of resource. In some modem cities both home and abroad, the construction of commercial network has always been regulated so that it can be developed healthily. After the transitional period of the entering WTO,facing the nutilateral investor,we must take effective measures to control and regulate the construction of commercial net sites.
