摘要 利用溶剂法对葡萄籽中的原花色素进行了分级分离的初步研究,确定了混合溶剂(乙醇+水)提取体系,溶剂法结合盐析和冷却沉淀法对提取物进行分级分离。 Using solvent method to separate grape seeds proanthocyanidins according to their degree of polymerization is studied, making sure the solvent of admixture(ether+water) extraction system, solvent method combination salt and cool off to precipitate the proanthocyanidins method to separate the extraction.
