摘要
本文就轮虫生产性培养过程中接种密度、投饵量、水质、轮虫生长和营养强化等方面的问题进行探讨,认为:接种密度在用单胞藻培养时应为10~30个/ml,用酵母培养时20~50个/ml;酵母投喂量0 3~0 35g/百万,投喂量不宜过大;酵母投喂的轮虫使用前2d最好用单细胞藻类强化。
With a view to improve the rotifer batch culture technique currently used, we have, based on our practical production experiences in Brachionus plicatilis culture, made an investigation on six problems we have encountered,referring to the initial stock density, diet supply, water quality, growth and reproduction, ciliates and nutrient enrichment. In comparison of our culture protocol with that described in the textbooks and elsewhere, we have come to a conclusion with six points: 1) Generally the initial stocking density could be 10-30 rotifers per ml. depending on the attribution of main food supplied, and inoculation should be lower in case of the yeast food and higher in case of the micro-alga food. 2) In the microalga-based culture, the feed rate requires not much accuracy, but if the culture is yeast-based, the daily feeding rate should not exceed 0.40g dry weight of yeast cell per million rotifers and each food should not exceed 5ppm. 3) Water should be changed in excess of 2/3 to ensure water quality daily. 4) No lag period in reproduction has been found in our rotifer culture, but really with a decline period frequently occurred at the density of 180-200 rotifers per ml, which is considered to be related to the increase in density and the accumulation of excess feed detritus that worsen the water environment. 5) The occurrence and rapid reproduction of ciliates could result from the water quality worsened, and the quality and quantity of diet supplied. 6) Enriching rotifer DHA by feeding micro-algae should be better than by feeding fish oil.
