摘要
随着我国保险市场的不断发展,对高素质的保险专业人才的需求越来越高,如何抓住机遇,培养合格人才,已成为摆在我们面前的首要任务。本文分析了我国保险市场的现状及其对人才培养的需求,从四个方面对金融与保险专业教学改革进行了探讨。
With the development of insurance market,society needs more and more higher- level talents in surance. Our primary task is how to seize the opportunity to train qualified talents. The paper analyses the situation of insurance market and the needs of training of talents,and probes into teaching reform of finance and insurance in four aspects.
