摘要
对国内外PCD工具研制现状进行了综合评述 ,认为加热方式、钎料钎剂的选择与合理使用以及焊接接头的结构设计是影响PCD工具焊接质量的主要因素 ,而加热方式对于PCD工具制作具有革命性意义。介绍了各种焊接方法的优缺点以及钎料、钎剂的开发进展。
The present state about fabrication of PCD tools home and abroad is summarized. It is considered that heating method,selection and reasonable utilize of filler metals and fluxes,and structure design of welding joint are dominating factors influencing the welding quality,and the heating method has revolutionary significance for the fabrication of PCD tools. The advantages and disadvantages of various welding methods and development of filler metals and fluxes are introduced.
