摘要
基于切削和振动理论 ,利用有限元技术对微细钻头振动钻入动力学特性进行了深入地研究。分析结果表明 ,振动钻削改变了普通钻削的钻入机理 ,显著提高了钻入定心精度 ,特别适合微小孔的精密和超精密加工。
Based on cutting and vibrating theories,the dynamic behavior of micro drill is studied by using the finite element method.It is shown that vibration drilling entirely changes drill-entry mechanism of common drilling,remarkably improves drill-entry spotting accuracy.The new technology is very fit for precision and ultraprecision machining of micro holes.
