摘要
本文探讨了国内三种颗粒状沸石尘的溶血毒性及肺泡巨噬细胞(PAM)体外毒性。结果表明,在20g/L浓度下,各沸石尘溶血毒性大小依次为:丝光沸石>混合沸石>斜发沸石。在500mg/L浓度下,丝光沸石所致PAM死亡率与混合沸石相近(0.5>P>0.25),且远高于斜发沸石(P<0.05)。三种沸石尘的体外细胞毒性均低于石英,并与其所含游离SiO_2量平行。
The hemolytic and cytotoxic effects of three kinds of zeolite dusts to PAM were studied. The results demonstrated that at dosage of 20g/L, hemolysis rates were shown to be in the following orders mordenite>mixed zeolite>clinoptilolite. At dosage of 500mg/L. The cytotoxicities in term of death rate of PAM of mordenite and mixed zeolite dusts became rather similar (0.5>P>0.25) and showed more harmful to PAM than clinoptilolite dust (P<0.05). The cytotoxicities caused by zeolite dusts were significantly weaker than that caused by quartz (P<0.005) and in parallel with the content of free silica.
