摘要
在紫外光可固化树脂中用在位分散法填充纳米二氧化硅(nm-SiO2),结果表明,nm-SiO2对紫外光可固化树脂的流变性影响较大;体系透光率较高,不沉降分层;可提高固化树脂的热分解温度和力学强度。
Nanometer silica was filled in UV-curable resin via in-situ dispersion method. Results show that nanometer silica has great influence on the rheological properties of photocurable resin; the transmittance of system is higher than that of other samples and doesn′t deposit; furthermore the nanometer silica could improve the thermal decomposition temperature and mechanical performance of UV-curable resin.
