摘要
目的 研制一种适合于部队官兵海上训练用的防晒霜。方法 采用W/O型乳剂配方 ,加入复配选择的二苯甲酮 - 3(M4 0 )、甲氧基肉桂酸辛酯 (MC80 )及二氧化钛超微粒等防晒剂 ,佐以环甲基硅氧烷、二甲基硅氧烷改善肤感 ,增强防水性。从中选择防水、防汗的高防护指数 (SPF)型防晒霜 ,考察其外观、涂展性、软硬度、稳定性 ,并作防水性观察和初步防紫外线效果测试。结果 乳化剂单甘酯∶吐温 - 80∶司盘 - 6 0比例为 10 0∶10∶30时 ,所配的软膏外观均匀 ,软硬适宜 ,易于涂布 ,性质稳定 ,且防水、防汗 ,适合海训的官兵作为防晒之基础防护。结论 此型防晒霜的配制简便 ,质量稳定 ,价格经济 。
Aim To develop a sunscreen ointment special for PLA soldier's ocean-drilling in summer.Methods The formulation used dose-form of the water in oil,and sunscreen M-40,MC-80 and titanium dioxide were added into the emulsion after optimization.SF1204 and 100CS were added to gain pleasant skin feel and water resistance.An emulsion of more water-and-sweat-resistant and high SPF index were chosen,of which the appearance,spread characteristic,rigidity,stability,elementary water-resistance and protective effect from ultraviolet radiation were observed.Results With the rate of Glyceryl monostearate,tweens-80 and spans-60 beiny 100∶10∶30,the emulsion can gain good appearance,spread characteristic,rigidity,stability,water-resistance and protective effect,which fits the using for soldier's ocean-drilling.Conclusions The sunscreen emulsion developed in this article fits to be popularized because of a simple method,a stable quality,and a low cost.
