马铃薯原生质体再生植株表现型变异和染色体数目变化 被引量:10

摘要 Shepard等首次报道马铃薯(Solanum tuberosum L.)叶肉原生质体再生植株以来,已有80多个品种(品系)从不同来源的原生质体再生了植株。其中某些品种的叶肉原生质体再生植株出现广泛的表现型变异。在染色体的数目、倍性水平、组型和结构上也有变化。本文叙述从我国马铃薯栽培品种(小叶子×多子白) Morphological variation and change of chromosome number in the plantlets of potato (Solatium tuberosum L. cv. Xiao Yie Zi X Duo Zi Bai) regenerated from mesophyll protoplasts have been studied. The normal plantlets from protoplasts were similar to parent plants. Their chromosome numbers were 2n = 48±or 2n = 72 of euploid. The plantlets with distinctive phenotypic variation were likely to be aneuploid with increased chromosome numbers.
