挤压油膜阻尼器-碰摩转子系统的非线性特性研究 被引量:11

摘要 本文研究了挤压油膜阻尼器 (SFD)支承的单盘转子系统的碰摩特性。研究发现系统响应不再具有典型的“碰摩分叉” ,系统在高转速区以拟周期的方式进入混沌而在低转速区则有多种进入混沌的通道。系统一周内的碰摩次数与系统的分叉状态无关。系统有三条通向混沌的道路 :1.倍周期分叉通向混沌 ;2 .阵发性通向混沌 ;3 .拟周期通向混沌。 The response of a rotor system subjected to rub-impact and supported on Squeeze-Film-Dampers (SFD) is analyzed. It is found that there are three routes leading the response to chaos namely: the double bifurcation to chaos, the intermittence to chaos and the quasi-period to chaos. It is also found that the system has no more typical rub-impact bifurcation. System response enters chaos from quasi-period response in high rotating speed range, while there are several routes to chaos in low rotating speed range. The above phenomena are due to the influence of nonlinear squeeze film forces as the squeeze film forces are large at high speed range and small at low speed range. It is concluded from the analysis results that the number of times of rub-impact in one response period has no relation with the bifurcation state of system response.
