摘要
树立医院管理经营理念已成为医院管理发展与时俱进的重要课题。本文结合当前管理经营理念的研究成果对医院管理经营理念做了理论阐释。分析了当前医院管理面临的新形势 ,认为树立医院管理经营理念要建立一套涵盖经济补偿、竞争、分配激励、自我约束与质量保证机制的管理经营机制 ,在医院管理经营实践中应采用成本管理、目标管理、绩效管理、分级核算及资本运营等先进的经济管理模式。
Establishing idea of operation management in hospital is an important task for developing with time. By illustrating theoretically idea of hospital operation management in accordance with new achievements, and analyzing the new situation hospitals met, the author believed it is important in establishing idea of hospital management to building a set of operation management mechanism including economic compensation, competition, distribution encourage, self-restriction and quality guarantee. Operation management modes eg, cost control, goal management, effect management, grading check and capital management can be used in practice.
