摘要
目的 :建立高级医师临床工作评价指标体系 ,将为医疗机构的人才管理活动提供理论和实践依据。方法 :采用现场调研和专家咨询法确立指标体系。权重的赋予采用定性排序定量分析法。原则 :科学性、可信性、客观性、先进性。评价要素 :基本情况、诊治过程、诊治结构、经济效益、人际关系。结果和结论 :构建的指标体系由三级指标构成 ,其中三级指标 4 0个。经过在部分医院的应用 ,结果显示运用该指标体系获得的评价结果真实、可靠。
Objective: Construct appraising indicator system of clinic work of senior doctors and give theoretical and practical accordance to talents management in medical organization. Methods: Construct indicator system by spot investigation and Delphi method. Give importance of each indicator by quantitative analysis. Principle: Scientific, feasible, objective and advanced. Essentials of evaluation: Basic condition, diagnosis and treating process, diagnosis and treating structure, economic benefit, relation between people. Results and Conclusion: The indicator system is composed of three grade indicators, and there are 40 third grade indicators. The result shows the system is real and reliable after the application in some hospitals.
