师德建设是公民道德建设的根本。为了积极促进《公民道德建设纲要的实施》,师德建设应坚持"以人为本,敬业奉献",同时,在此思想指导下,必须处理好教师与学生、教师与家长、教师与同事、教师与知识、学问等几方面的关系。
Construction of teachers morality is the fundamentality of citizen′s ethic construction. In order to advance implementing the outline of citizen′s ethics construction positively, construction of teachers morality should persist in 'people oriented, professional dedication'. Meanwhile, in the guidance of the idea, we should deal well with the relations of teachers with students, householders, colleagues and knowledge.
