摘要
为探讨补阳还五汤治疗类风湿性关节炎的功效 ,观察了其对AA大鼠的关节病理形态学的影响。结果显示补阳还五汤能减轻大鼠关节皮下软组织及滑膜组织的充血、水肿程度 ,抑制滑膜细胞的增生 ,缓解炎性细胞的浸润。表明补阳还五汤在缓解RA关节炎症方面疗效确切 ,值得做进一步的研究。
In order to explore the therapeutic effect of 'BUYANG HUANWU TANG' (BHT, TCD Decoction Invigorating Yang for Recuperation) on rheumatoid arthritis (RA), rat models of adjuvant arthritis (AA) were made by complete Fraund's adjuvant, and the effect of BHT on the knee pathomorphology of AA rat was observed. The results showed that BHT could alleviate the hyperemia and edema of the subcutaneous and synovial tissues, inhibit the proliferation of synovial cells and remit the inflammatory cell infiltration, suggesting that BHT has a definite therapeutic effect remitting the joint inflammation in RA and is worth being further studied.
