摘要
重症肌无力 (myastheniagravis ,MG)既是可治之症 ,又是难治之症 .目击许多基层医院医生对MG缺乏准确认识 ,且也缺乏规范化治疗 ,让许多患者得不到及时治疗 ,病情久拖不愈 ,终至晚期病废状态 .笔者结合自己多年的临床经验对MG的发病机理、临床诊断和治疗作了简明叙述 。
Myasthenia gravis (MG) may be treated but very difficult because it is not accurately known and has not standard for treatment in a lot of basic hospital. Many patients with MG were not treated in time that conditions deteriorated. This paper set forth the mechanism, diagnosis and treatment of MG, which is from own clinical experience accumulated in many years.
