选煤厂煤泥浆流变性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 对不同选煤厂的三种煤泥浆的流变性进行了研究。测定了三种不同浓度的煤泥浆在不同的剪切速率下的剪切应力和粘度;根据试验结果对选煤厂煤泥的流变性进行了拟合。结果表明,在拟合相关系数大于99%或置信度大于98%的情况下,选煤厂煤泥浆在浓度为61%-68%时主要表现为宾汉体;在浓度为68%-73%时主要表现为假塑性体;当浓度大于73%时又表现为宾汉体。不同浓度的煤泥浆均表现为表观粘度是剪切速率的减函数。 Some study works are carried out on rheological behavior of three types of coal slime from different coal preparation plants and the measurements are also done on shear stress and viscosity of the different types of coal slime with different concentration at different shear rate. Fit procedure for the rheological behavior of those types of slimes from coal preparation plants has been carried out based on the test results. The results obtained show that, in case that fitting correlation coefficient is larger than 99% or degree of confidence is larger than 98% and when the concentration of coal slime is 61% -68% , it mainly assumes Bingham fluid, when the concentration is 68% -73% , it mainly assames the pseudoplastic fluid and when the concentration is larger than 73, the slime assumes Bingham fluid in turn. Those coal slime with different concentration assume all that the apparent viscosity of them is negative function of their shear rate.
