摘要
高校体育教学倡导教学方法个性化和多样化,特别要求提高学生的自学、自练能力。在高校乒乓球选项课教学中进行自主学习实验研究,结果表明:实验组的成绩优于对照组,其中实战能力效果尤为显著,表明自主学习可以运用于高校乒乓球选项课教学中。
Personalized and varied teaching methods are highly appreciated in university physical education, especially students' ability of self-study. The experiment of self-study at university table tennis teaching shows that the experimental group has better performance than the contrast group, especially in terms of the actual combat ability. It shows that self-study can be applied to university table tennis teaching.
