摘要
以过硫酸铵为芯的微胶囊在热水中的释放率可以采用仪器或化学分析的手段测定,用等离子发射光谱法定量检测微胶囊在设定条件下的浸取液中的硫或用半微量凯氏定氮原理测定浸取液中的氮元素都可以用来测定释放率.这些方法可以克服惯常的电导率法和碘量法在高温下的误差.对所制备的微胶囊过硫酸铵的释放规律和机制进行了探讨.
The release rate in hot water of encapsulated ammonium persulfate can be determine by apparatus analysis or chemical analysis.The sulfur content in the extract of the microcapsule under scheduled conditions by plasma emmission spectrum method or the nirtogen element content through kjeldahl method to be quantitatively determined in order to evaluate its release rate.These methods can overcome the error of conventional electroconductivity and iodometric method under high temperature. The releasing behavior and mechanism of prepared ammonium persulfate microcapsule has been discussed.
