“克疣灵”对人包皮表皮细胞和尖锐湿疣疣体组织细胞增殖影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的 :探讨中药“克疣灵”治疗尖锐湿疣 (CA)的作用机制。 方法 :采用细胞原代与传代培养技术、MTT比色法测定人包皮表皮细胞、CA细胞的增殖程度 ,不同浓度“克疣灵”对人包皮表皮细胞、CA细胞增殖的影响。 结果 :吸光度值 (A值 )与人包皮表皮细胞、CA细胞数量呈正相关 (人包皮细胞组r=0 .985 0 ,CA细胞组r =0 .9892 ,P均 <0 .0 0 1) ,“克疣灵”对人包皮表皮细胞增殖生长无影响 ,而对CA细胞增殖具有显著的抑制作用 ,“克疣灵”浓度与CA细胞增殖率呈显著负相关 (r =- 0 .4 12 4 ,P <0 .0 1)。 结论 :“克疣灵”能显著抑制CA细胞的增殖生长 ,而不影响机体正常表皮细胞生长。提示“克疣灵”可能具有抗人乳头瘤病毒作用。 Objective: To discuss the mechanism of the Chinese medicine Keyouling in the treatment of condyloma axuminatum (CA). Methods: Human prepuce epidermis cells and CA cells were primarily cultured and subcultured. We determined the proliferation of human prepuce epidermis cells and CA cells, and observed the influence of Keyouling with different concentrations on the proliferation of human prepuce epidermis cells and CA cells by means of MTT colourimetry assay. Results: The absorbance was directly proportional to the numbers of human prepuce epidermis cells ( r = 0.985 0 , P < 0.001 ) and CA cells ( r = 0.989 2 , P < 0.001 ). Keyouling had no effect on proliferation of the human prepuce epidermis cells, but it had significant inhibition on CA cells. The concentrations of Keyouling bore negative correlation with the proliferation percentage of CA cells( r =- 0.412 4 , P < 0.01 ). Conclusion: Keyouling can significantly restrain the growth and proliferation of CA cells but has no damaging effect on normal organic cuticle cells. It is suggested that Keyouling might have anti HPV effect.
