染氟大鼠骨中10种化学元素的变化 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨染氟大鼠骨中化学元素的变化。方法采用电子探针X射线显微分析的方法,观察不同钙营养条件下,染氟大鼠骨中化学元素的变化。结果骨氟:常食加氟组(2组)和低钙偏食加氟组(4组)均高于对照组(1组)和低钙偏食组(3组),差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。骨钙:按高低顺序为1、2、4、3组,1组与3组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。骨磷:3组最高与1组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。骨铜:4组高于1组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。骨铅:3组高于1组,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。骨汞:4组最高与其他组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。骨砷、铁、锌、镁在各组间差异均无显著意义。结论染氟和低钙可导致大鼠骨损伤,骨中化学元素的改变参与了氟中毒的发病机制,说明氟骨症的形成是多因素作用的结果。 Objective To detect chemical element levels in bone of fluorotic rats. Methods To analyze levels of chemical element in bone of rats feed with different diet by way of electron microprobe of X-ray. Results Fluoride levels in groups with fluoride were higher than those in control group and calcium-deficiency group with fluoride (P < 0.01). Calcium content in control group was higher than that in calcium-deficiency group (P < 0.05). Phosphorus content in calcium-deficiency group was higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). Copper content in calcium-deficiency group with fluoride was higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). Plumbum content in calcium-deficiency group was higher than that in control group (P < 0.05). Mercury content in calcium-deficiency group with fluoride was higher than that in others (P < 0.05). No significant difference was seen among levels of arsenic, iron, zinc and magnesium in various groups. Conclusion Bone damage can be induced in rats fed with calcium-deficiency diet and fluoridized water in short term, with decreased calcium content, and the changes of chemical element in bone participate in the pathogenesis of fluorosis, and this suggestes that multiple factor is involved in the development of fluorosis.
