方法 :采用新的中药抗菌实验方法 ,对大黄进行了 3 0 8株临床菌株的体外抗菌活性研究。结果 :表明大黄对 112株金葡菌的MIC50 为 1.5mg/ml,MIC90 为 6mg/ml,对 112株表皮葡萄球菌的MIC50 和MIC90均为 3mg/ml ,对 2 8株肠球菌的MIC50 为 3mg/ml ,MIC90 为 6mg/ml时 ,大黄对 2 8株肺炎克雷伯杆菌和 2
Objective: In order to observation antibacterial efficiency of R. officinale Baill against clinical isolates.Methods: Antibacterialactivity of R. officinale Baill against 308 Strains of clinical isolates were determined used by new method of antibacterial experiment for traditional chinese medicine.Results: Results show that the MIC 50 of R. officinale Baill against Staphylococcus aureus (112 strains), S.epidermidis(112 strains), and Enterococci (28 strains) were 1.50, 3, 3mg/ml; and MIC 90 were 6, ,3,and 6mg/ml respectively. The MIC 90 of R. officinale Baill to Klebsiella pneumoniae and E. coli were non-antibacterial activity.Conclusion: We believe that antibacterial efficiency of R. officinale Baill against Gram psitive cocci is better.
