摘要
以不同粒径的硅胶颗粒为致孔剂制备了多孔的聚(N 异丙基丙烯酰胺)(PNIPAAm)水凝胶,用DSC对其相转变温度进行了表征,并测定了不同温度下达到溶胀平衡时水凝胶的溶胀率,研究了水凝胶的退胀机理及收缩凝胶的再溶胀机理。实验证明,多孔凝胶相对于无孔凝胶其溶胀性能有较大提高,孔结构的存在大幅度提高了水凝胶的响应速率,尤其是退胀速率。
Poly( N -isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm) hydrogels with porous structures were synthesized by using silica particles having different sizes as porogents. The volume phase transition temperature of PNIPAAm hydrogels with different pore diameter was characterized utilizing differential scanning calorimeter. The swelling ratio of the hydrogels with different N, N′ -methylenebisacrylamide content was measured. Furthermore, deswelling and reswelling kinetics of porous as well as nonporous hydrogels were also studied through measuring their water retention and water uptake. From the results of the experiments, we find that as to the existence of the porous structures, the deswelling rate of porous hydrogels compared to nonporous hydrogels is much increased. Also, the swelling properties and the reswelling rate of porous hydrogels are increased to some extent, respectively.
