共聚氟硅橡胶耐油性能的研究 被引量:8

摘要 考察了结构化控制剂种类、硫化剂种类及其用量对共聚氟硅橡胶SKTFT - 2 5耐油性能的影响。结果表明 ,在试验范围内选择羟基氟硅油作结构化控制剂、双二五作硫化剂对SKTFT - 2 5耐 3#标准油的性能有一定改善 ;随着双二五用量的增加 ,SKTFT - 2 5经过 1 5 0℃× 70h耐 3#标准油试验后 ,其扯断伸长率变化率、体积变化率呈下降趋势 ;但当双二五用量超过 1 6份时 ,体积变化率反而开始上升。双二五适宜的用量为 0 8份。在此配方下 ,SKTFT - 2 5具有良好的耐 2 #标准油、 1 5W4 0汽车机油性能 ,耐 3#标准油的性能其次。 The effects of the type of structurized control agent,type and content of curing agent on the oil resistance of the copolymerized fluorosilicone rubber SKTFT 25 were discussed.The result showed that the No.3 standard oil resistance of SKTFT 25 could be improved with hydroxyl fluorosilicon oil as structurized control agent and 25 Dimethyl 25 di(t butyl perory)hexane as curing agent. After dipping in No.3 standard oil at 150 ℃×70 h,with the increasing amount of 25 Dimethyl 25 di(t butyl perory)hexane,the change rates of elongation and volume of SKTFT 25 descended.and when the portion of 25 Dimethyl 25 di(t butyl perory)hexane was over 1 6,the its change rates of volume ascended.Therefore,the proper amount of 25 Dimethyl 25 di(t butyl perory)hexane was 0 8,SKTFT-25 owned good oil resistance to No 2 standard oil,15W40 auto engine oil,while the performance of No 3 standard oil resistance was inferior to the other two.
