摘要
本文报告了Wistar Rat全脑反复缺血再灌流动物模型及其行为学研究。病理发现海马CA_1、CA_4和PM区神经元严重受损;CA_2、CA_3、皮层、丘脑、纹状体中度损伤。行为学测验结果显示实验组在水迷宫中游全程的时间比对照组显著延长(P<0.01),进入盲端的错误次数显著增加(P<0.01)。在跳台试验中,实验组与对照组相比错误次数显著增加(P<0.01)。结果表明Wistar Rat脑反复缺血再灌流后出现了显著的学习记忆障碍。行为学改变原因与海马等记忆部位受损有关。
In this article it was reported that in wistar rats a new model of global repetitive postishemic reperfusion was successfully made. Pathological changes and behavioral performances in a different time following cerebral ischemia were carefully studied. In pathological examination there was severe neuronal damage in CA_1, CA_4 and PM region in hippocampus, and moderate damage in CA_2, CA_3, thalamus, cortex and striatum. The resluts of behavioral test showed the experimental animals took much more time than control animals in swimming water maze course(P<0.01), and the experimental animals made much more mistakes of entering blind areas than control animals(p<O.O1), and the exeperimental animals had more numbers of errors in step down test than control animals, which indicated that the apparent lerning and memory disturbances were caused by influence of repetitive cerebral ischemia on the hippocampus and other parts in brain which are related to behavioral changes.
