摘要
儒家文化作为中国的传统文化 ,对中国的历史发展影响深远 ,其中包括管理领域 ,在其管理思想中 ,儒家以“治人”为自己的管理对象 ,以“为政以德、礼为用”作为管理手段 ,以“齐家、治国、平天下”为其管理目标 ,纵观儒家管理思想 ,其中所蕴涵的“人本主义”管理思想与“权变”管理观念在今天看来仍不失其现代价值。
Confucianism, as one part of the traditional Chinese culture, had great influe nce on the development of Chinese history. In the field of management, among its management ideology, the Confucianists insisted on 'controlling people' as th e target of management, suggested 'doing politics with virtue and courtesy' as the method of management and proposed 'running the house, managing the nation and administering the world' as the aim of management. Examining the Confucian management ideology, we notice that its humanistic concepts and adaptability in tactics are highly valued in the field of management even in modern society.
