摘要
目前,在我国有些地方农村财务管理混乱,侵害集体和农民利益的情况时有发生。随着我国加入世贸组织和市场经济的不断发展,农村财务问题亟待解决。文章从健全管理制度和监督机制入手,认为推行农村会计核算改革势在必行。
The financial management is chaotic in some countryside in our country now and violating the interest of the peasants and collective happens now and then.It is urgent to settle financial problems in countryside with the development.After the analyzing the economic situation and assets management deeply,the author thinks it is necessary to promote the reform of accounting in countryside.
