摘要
我国林业投资存在着投资总量不足、宏观调控体系和市场竞争机制不健全等主要问题。目前 ,我国已加入WTO ,需要为林业投资注入新的活力 ,因此就要利用“绿箱”政策 ,加大对林业的支持力度 ;要建立生态林效益补偿制度 ;要加快林业资本市场建设 ;
There exist in China's forestry investment inadequate total investment,incomplete macro\|regulation system and market competition mechanism and some other major problems.As China has entered into WTO,it is necessary to input new vitality to forestry investment,make good use of “green box” policy,strengthen the support to forestry,establish the compensation system for the benefit of ecological forest,quicken the construction of forestry capital market,and use foreign funds actively and rationally.
