摘要
针对政府投资项目实施过程中的投资管理问题 ,从优化设计方案、加强招投标管理、实行实物量清单计价等方面 ,提出了一些控制投资的工作要点 。
According to the investment control issues existed in government projects in this paper from scheme optimization, strengthening bidding management, carrying out quantity list quotation and other aspects some key points are proposed for investment control in order to increase investment efficiency and returns.
