摘要
采用巯基乙醇还原法对羊毛纤维进行溶解 ,研究了不同巯基乙醇浓度对羊毛溶解的影响 ,并用质谱法测量了溶解后蛋白质大分子的平均分子量。实验证实 。
Wool keratin's solution using 2-mercaptoethanol was studied in this paper. The influences of 2-mercaptoethanol's consistency to solution ratio was also studied, its mean molecules of keratin after solution was tested by mass spectrum method. It is proved that wool keratin can be soluted by 2-mercaptoethanol with rare decomposition.
