摘要
通过I V特性测量 ,研究了横向交、直流电流对蓝青铜K0 3 MoO3 中电荷密度波 (CDW )动力学行为的影响 .实验结果表明 ,无论是直流还是交流 ,随着横向调制电流的增大 ,CDW滑移的阈值电场均会相应地减小 ;但横向交流电流的调制效应较小 ,可能更接近本征的效应 .
We have investigated the transverse alternating and direct current effect on the charge_density wave (CDW) dynamical properties in K 0 3 MoO 3 by measurin g I-V characteristics.The results show that,no matter whether DC or AC tran sverse current is used,the CDW depinning field (E t) along the longitudinal direction is effectively suppressed as the transverse current increases.But the effect of AC current on I_V characteristics is weaker,and probably closer t o the intrinsic effect.A frequency dependence of transverse AC modulation effect was observed.
