摘要
本文说明了MCP产生光子散射和电子散射的机理 ,提出通过对微通道板输入表面采用扩口技术 ,来提高微通道板的开口面积比 ,从而降低微通道板的噪声的方法 ,建立了漏斗型MCP的数学模型 ,及降低MCP的噪声因子、提高电流增益的理论依据 ,为低噪声MCP的进一步的工艺研究打下基础。
A novel technique has been successfully developed to improve the performance of low noise micro channel plate (MCP),in which the inner geometry of pores in the front surface was etched into a funnel shape.The MCP with funnel shaped pores was theoretically simulated to understand the possible mechanisms responsible for the gain increase and noise reduction.
