摘要
加工番茄已成为兵团继棉花产业后的第二大农作物产业,种植规模2.67×104～3.33×104hm2,加工能力40×104～50×104t,番茄生产和加工企业的优化整合与资产重组取得了一定的效果,充分认识新疆发展番茄产业的优势和劣势,扬长避短,才能趋利避害,适应瞬息万变的国际市场。
Processing tomatoes has become the second large part of crop production after cotton in Xinjiang group. The plant scale is about 26 700～33 300 hm^2 and the process ability is 400 000～500 000 tons. It is gained some effect by optimum and reconstruct tomatoes product and process industrial, but in order to fit for the fluctuate of international market, we must realize the preponderance and position in Xinjiang tomatoes product development.
