摘要
当代美国教育家内尔·诺丁斯基于西方关怀伦理的思想传统,形成了具有时代特征的以关怀为核心的道德教育理论。诺丁斯的关怀所具有的具体性、个体性、主体间性等特征彰显了鲜明的时代个性。诺丁斯的关怀道德教育理论强调对学生生命的尊重、对学生体验和感受的重视、教师的榜样作用和道德教育的实践性特征;提出了道德教育的四种方法,以身作则、对话、实践和认可。诺丁斯的关怀道德教育理论告诉我们,尊重每个学生的生命就要尊重并合理引导生命的个性、差异性;即便每个人都实现了最好的自我,差异仍然难免。
On the basis of the Western ideological tradition of caring ethics, American educator Nel Noddings has developed her theory of care-centered moral education with such clear-cut characteristics as concreteness, individuality and intersubjectivity. Noddings' theory emphasizes the respect for students' lives, students' personal experience, teacher's exemplary role and feasibility of moral education, and advocates the following four methods: personal example, dialogue, practice and affirmation. According to this theory, the respect for students' lives requires due respect for and proper guidance to the development of students' individuality and difference, i. e. even every student has achieved the final goal of personal development, there inevitably exist differences among students.
