摘要
本文报告了在合成饲料中加入1000×10^(-6)锰后,大鼠肝、肾及毛中锰含量显著上升;心肌硒、锌、铁及铜含量显著下降,此外,肝镁、肾钙及硒含量也明显降低。但动态观察结果也表明,锰对大鼠体内无机元素含量的影响与动物生长时间密切相关。
This paper reported effect of rich manganese on mineral element contents of rat tissues. When diet supplemented managnese, manganese contents of liver, kidney and hair of rats increased and iron, copper, zinc contents in heart of rats decreased markedly. Besides, contents of magnesium in liver, calcium and selenium in kidney and selenium in heart also decreased significantly. On the other hand, progressive observation results showed that effect of manganese on mineral element contents of rat was closely related to growing period of rats.
