摘要
本文用5 MHZ探头东芝SAL-32B型超声机测量了长春市885名7～14岁儿童的甲状腺(体积计算公式:π/6<A_L B_L C_L+A_R B_R C_R>),以容许区间非参数法测定了甲状腺体积的正常值上限。结果表明,当可信度为90%,样本规模为105～119时,7～14岁儿童甲状腺体积的95%正常上限值依次为6.0、6.0、8.0、9.0、10.0、11.0、12.0、13.0ml。
Thyroid volumes were studied on 885 children in Changchun city by using Toshiba SAL-32B ultrasonograpliy (5MHz transducer). Normal up limits were worked out with non-parametric method of allowable internal. Results show that normal up limits of thyroid volumes were 6, 6, 8. 9, 10. 11,12,13mL for 7-14 years old children respectively.
