氟对关节软骨中性金属蛋白多糖降解酶活性的影响 被引量:5

摘要 本实验研究了氟化物对大鼠软骨中性金属蛋白多糖降解酶活力的影响。结果表明氟化物显著提高了饮含200mg/LNaF水10周后的大鼠股骨头关节软骨中性金属蛋白多糖降解酶的活力。体外培养的鸡胚软骨细胞结果表明,当培养基含有1~2mmol/L氰化钠时,培养基与细胞层中性金属蛋白多糖降解酶活力大约高出对照2倍.而另一种降解蛋白多糖的酶——丝氨酸蛋白水解酶活力未受到氟化物的影响。 This experiment studied the effect of fluoride on neutral metalloproteoglycanases activity in rats cartilage. The results showed that fluoride had significantly increased the neutral metalloproteoglycanases activity of femoral head cartilage in rats that had drunk the water containing 200 mg/L NaF for 10 weeks. The results in culture of chick embryo cartilage cells in vitro demonstrated that when the culture medium contained 1~2 mmol/L NaF, the neutral metalloproteoglycanases activity in culture, medium and cell layer was about twice as high as the controls. Another protease digesting proteoglycan—serine proteinase was not affected by fluoride.
