机车车辆侧向通过道岔时的运行安全性评估 被引量:15

摘要 机车车辆侧向通过道岔的安全性是我国铁路提速中的一项重要问题 .基于车辆 -轨道耦合动力学理论及其相应的动力学仿真软件TTISIM ,对我国SS8机车、C6 2 货车重车和提速客车侧向通过提速线上普遍采用的 12号提速道岔时的运行安全性进行了全面的仿真计算 ,并运用我国现行机车车辆运行安全性评定标准进行了分析评估 .研究结果表明 :当我国主型机车车辆以 50km·h- 1及以下速度侧向通过 12号提速道岔时 ,所有行车安全性指标均满足相应的安全标准 ,可以保证列车运行安全 ;而当侧向过岔速度大于 60km·h- 1后 。 It is very important to investigate the runnin g safety of trains passing through the branch lines of turnouts in the process of raising train speeds in Chinese railways.In this paper,dynamic responses of Chinese mai n types of locomotives and cars passing through the Chinese No.12 type speed-ra ised turnout are calculated with the simulation software,train and track interac tion simulation(TTISIM),which was develo ped on the basis of the vehicle-track coupling dynamics theory and has been ver ified by field experiments.The running behaviors are evaluated according to the Chinese standard for assessing the running safety of locomotives and cars.Result s obtained from this paper show that the trains could run safely through the bra nch line of the No.12 type speed-raised turnout as long as their running speeds are not higher than 50 km·h -1 .
