摘要
以实验室工作为基础 ,结合湘钢冷镦钢生产工艺对影响湘钢冷镦钢质量的两个主要工艺因素即连铸结晶器卷渣与线材轧制过程中不均匀冷却进行了分析讨论。结晶器卷渣形成大型夹杂 ,破坏了钢的连续性 ;线材轧制过程中不均匀冷却造成线材内部晶粒尺寸相差悬殊 ,力学性能不均匀 。
Based on laboratory study and the cold heading steel production practice at Xiangtan Steel, two detrimental factors on the quality of cold heading steel were investigated. Mold flux entrapment during the billet casting gives some macro- and large micro-inclusions to ruin the continuity of the steel. The inhomogeneous cooling during wire rod rolling makes a big difference in grain size distribution in the rod to cause un-uniform mechanical properties. These are the two important factors to cause cracking during the cold heading test.
