摘要
"子、儿、头"是现代汉语中几个比较典型的词缀。对高校现代汉语教材中以"头"为后缀的方位词进行比较、分析,认为在方位词"东、西、南、北"后的"头"不应当是词缀,而是表示方位的词根,与"东、西、南、北"一起构成复合式合成词,而不是附加式合成词。
zi, er, tou' are three typical affixes in modern Chinese. Comparing and analyzing the nouns of locality with the suffix 'tou' in modern Chinese, the author in the essay holds that 'tou' after 'dong, xi, nan, bei'--meaning the east, the south, the west and north ought not to be affixes, but the etyma of directional indication. Together with 'dong, xi, nan, bei','tou' forms complex compound words, not adjunctive compound words.
