以大豆为主要原料,并添加大豆渣及菠菜,制成口感细腻富含纤维的内酯豆腐。通过正交试验确定了产品最佳的工艺和配方。产品使豆腐营养更加完善,是中老年人理想的保健食品。
The bean curd of glucose was produced by mixing soybean, soybean dregs and spinach, which bear abundant dietary fibre and good mouthfeel. The process and prescription were optimized by orthogonal experiment. The product perfected the nutrition of tofu and may be the ideal healthy food for old people.
